Colorful Plastic Whistles
Exactly what I hoped for

Whistles Worked Perfectly for Project
We supply wholesale blank apparel. We were providing our customers with a sample of a black/white striped referee tee. We put in a clear bag, created a cool tag with all of the shirt properties, and tied the bags up with neon ""official"" whistles. We touted the tee as ""The OFFICIAL Tee of the Hospitality Industry"", 08/20/12
