The hats are extra large so I bought foam tape from the local hardware store to cure that issue. better too big than too small anyway! awesome looks, styling and perfect for my Hawaiian themed birthday party., 05/10/13
Just perfect
I recently hosted a tea party and had 11 other people invited (this included 2 teenagers and 1 young child). I decorated the hats with netting lace ribbion scarfs and flowers.
